Thanks to Our Supporters
In October, CEF of Peninsula asked our GNC volunteers to participate in a Friends and Family Appeal. Our two-fold goal was to:
- Let more people know that we are allowed by law to teach about Jesus in the public school setting.
- Gather resources to expand after-school Good News Clubs next fall when (Lord willing) schools are fully open again.
As a thank you to new friends, we sent a Wordless Book and a bookmark entitled “Power Packed Prayers for Public Schools.” Not only children, but teachers and school staff can use prayer!
Each giver had a chance to win our 2020 Thank You, “Let the Son-Light In” Schoolhouse Quilt. You can see who the winner was in the video. David and Reagan from the Matoaka Good News Club helped us with the drawing.
