“Just to be Sure!”
One of our Peninsula Good News Club leaders had a wonderful message from a parent. The morning following the after-school club meeting, Cole’s* father sent this text:
“So we had thought Cole prayed before, but Cole called a family meeting last night and again this morning, to talk to the whole family about how he prayed to become a Christian, just to be sure, at Good News Club yesterday.
He was talking for 20 minutes about what he learned! He said he felt different and more sure!!”
The GNC leader relayed the message to her team, rejoicing with the family and encouraging the volunteers as they serve children,
“This is why we give an invitation at our Club! Good job, Sandra*, that was the Lord leading yesterday and you obeyed!! Cole is sure and excited!!
That’s why we do what we do at Good News Club!!”
